Programmable high-temperature furnace, also known as programmable box-type electric furnace or integrated programmable high-temperature furnace, features a silicon carbide inner chamber with excellent wear resistance. The furnace heats from all four sides—top, bottom, left, and right—ensuring good temperature uniformity. The outer shell is made of cold-rolled steel with spray painting, offering an aesthetically pleasing appearance.

The SXF-4-10 programmable high-temperature furnace control instrument adopts a fully automatic multi-band LTDE programmable meter with adjustable heating rates. The PID+SSR system enables synchronous and coordinated control, ensuring consistency and reproducibility for any test or experiment. It includes automatic constant temperature and time control functions, along with secondary over-temperature protection for reliable and safe operation. The control instrument is located below the chamber, integrated into the unit. Electrical connections between the furnace body and the temperature controller are completed before shipment, allowing for immediate use upon power connection. It is suitable for universities, research institutions, laboratories, and production enterprises for applications such as elemental analysis, material ashing, high-temperature sintering, small steel part quenching, annealing, tempering, as well as crystal, jewelry, and mirror coating processes.
